Your employees were the greatest. It’s hard to remember every name that came through our door, in the weeks to come. They all were professional, courteous, clean and on time. We got to know each and every one of them pretty well. Either Stan or Larry would call about a ½ hour before their crew would pull in. After our floor was all in and we thought we were in the comfort of our home we had another emergency and Stan at 8:pm came out to our house to take care of the problem. That was quite impressive. Fire made hard time harder

As a stylist at Tangle Tamers, I would like to thank the Yuma Police and Fire Departments for their assistance. The recent fire at Chikas Glamour has traumatized 13 people’s incomes and their families in our store alone not to mention Speedy’s and Advanced Cash. We are in difficult economic times and this has only heighten the effects on our business. Our family recently experienced a broken pipe that flooded our home in the middle of the night. We called Stan Ramey of A-1 Flood and Fire restoration. Stan and his crew were in our house within one half hour and had the water extracted shortly thereafter. Damage from faulty water heater

Recently we had water damage due to a faulty water heater and had to have quick action taken. I called your company as I had seen your trucks in our resort doing work for other residents. I cannot say enough good things about your crew. They were here within hours of our call and assessed the damage and immediately started the recovery process. The different crews were efficient, Caring and conscientious throughout the entire repair. Stan and Larry kept us informed on everything being done and the quality of work is great.
